QSD believes that great design is a diverse design that is tailored to the needs of the local community. BIM has become a useful tool in helping us come up with creative, bespoke design solutions and improve the overall productivity of our work. This involves better communication of design intent, resolving unforeseen design issues and promoting collaboration with other project members who use BIM as well.

The challenge of visualizing complex forms has been met with the emergence of parametric plugins and software. Paramateric design is by far one of the most widely used modeling processes today, for efficiency generating a wide array of similar yet complex geometrical patterns within record breaking time constraints.
