SITE FORCES
Based on the received site location as located at Sherouk city 2 , 4th district, located within central districts services & served by a front street & side adjacent parking at the left side of the plot while there is another neighbor plot at the right side . The plot area is around 1440 m2 as mentioned in the regulations with ground floor footprint coverage around 40% that's equal to 576 m2 . A site analysis study is considered as shown in the below graphical representation showing site potentials & constrains , north direction & prevailing winds direction & best sides for views & access, in order to explore different design approaches / alternatives for optimum design strategy based on site forces
DESIGN APPROACH
The concept approach of design is to allocate the building in a simple arrangement facing front street with total plot width then & rearrange other areas of the footprint allowed to create a front main garden piazza to maximize views for upper offices & clinics to garden while creating a front pedestrian piazza at ground floor for building main entrance & access to upper floors
